The Business Improvement Game® and The Management Challenge® are workshops for managers, supervisor and senior staff of organisations.
The workshops are actual simulations of running a business.
This simulation is based on giving attention to more aspects of business than “just” results. Not denying the value of results, more challenging additional aspects of business by issuing a balanced management style.
The Business Improvement Game® is run as a team session; several teams compete in managing virtual companies.
Participants (teams) define themselves the organisation to manage for one or more virtual years.
